Shipping policy

Made to order. Your items are printed and sewn after you order, so there are two steps before delivery: production and shipping.

Production time. Most orders take [3 to 7] business days to produce.

Shipping time. After production, delivery within the United States typically takes [5 to 10] business days. In total, expect your order to arrive in about [8 to 17] business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Orders that use the code EVOLVETATTOO ship free to [the United States].

Where we ship. We currently ship to [the United States]. If you order from outside this area, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country.

Multiple items. Items in one order may be produced in different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for this.

Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking email when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within [10] business days of ordering, contact us.

Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you entered. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake, and we will try to fix it before the order ships.
