Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of evolveartcollective.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or product errors and cancel any affected order, with a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud.

Payment. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Product colors and sizing. We try to show colors and print placement accurately, but screens vary and handmade or printed items may differ slightly. Please use the size chart on each product page.

Discount codes. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that abuse a code.

Intellectual property. All designs, logos, artwork, text and images on the Site belong to Evolve Art Collective or its artists. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Use of the Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Evolve Art Collective is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Privacy. How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes. We may update these terms and policies at any time. The version posted on the Site when you order applies to that order.
